"So, in response to Don Gura State Farm Kendallville who responded to my 1st review it apparently is not their fault because they do not represent their corporate office for cancelling my insurance. Um yes you do. You are the agent we deal with. You hold our policies. We deal with you and your office not the corporate office. Second, if we had told you we wanted to cancel why would we be upset on a Saturday morning finding out we no longer had insurance. Third, if we had any correspondence about this why would we be upset that you cancelled our insurance. There is no correspondence on our online portal. There is no mailing. No texts no emails. If I did get communication of any kind, why would I have to call you and be upset finding out you cancelled because I logged online and could not pull my insurance cards. I submitted my proof as you stated but never received a call from Nancy regarding anything. Last she said all was good. I am not sure how you can say your staff is professional when they do not call back hang up on you, even you could not call back as requested. As the customer I have every right to be upset by the poor communication from you. If you sell State Farm items, then you are state farm and represent their bad unethical behavior. From what I understand this issue is occurring nationwide for a lot of people. Furthermore, we as people should not have to tell you who lives or stays in our homes. It is not your business. It is ours. Who is in our homes does not have anything to do with car insurance. You cover the car not the tenants who reside somewhere. So kindly please understand this review is for you because you are the salesmen, and you were to be there for your customers. Please understand if I did get any communication, I would never have given this review in the 1st place."

Don later replied to a previous review left saying that said employee did not work there and that he confirmed with the other State Farm agent that I called them.
